Delete your account and data

You can do this without installing the app. Enter the email address on your Tripled Up account and we'll send you a link to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, photo, phone number and email.
• Everything you posted — reports, catch photos, captions and their exact locations.
• Your messages, comments, likes and flags.
• Your friendships, boat and group memberships, and leaderboard standings.
• Your notification settings and push tokens.

What doesn't

• Boats and groups you own pass to someone else rather than being deleted — they belong to the crew as much as to you. One with no other members is deleted with your account.
• A record that you asked us to delete your account — your email address and the dates. We keep this to show the request was honoured, and for no other purpose.

Prefer to do it in the app?

• If you can still sign in, You → Profile → Delete account does the same thing immediately.
